Returns & Exchanges

At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate decks are still in their shrink wrap.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our shop staff inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange.
