How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. If you order a custom build, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our shop team to professionally assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on decks?
We accept returns on un-skated decks within 30 days of purchase. The board must be in its original shrink wrap. Once a deck has been gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Bluetile ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Can I request a specific griptape design?
Absolutely. Every deck purchase includes free standard black grip, but you can upgrade to graphic or clear grip by adding it to your cart. Leave a note at checkout if you have specific instructions for the application.
How do I know which truck size fits my deck?
We provide a sizing chart on every product page. Generally, the axle width should match the width of your deck. If you are unsure, contact our support team and we will ensure your components are perfectly matched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer installment-based payment options through Shop Pay for larger orders.
